OR_63232 from Khelmart.com was received on 01/10/2015 but was found with damages on the laces . I lodged a complaint on the Company website and also sent number of mails to the Company. More than 5 months have passed but I have not received my new laces till now and no action is taken by the company nor any reply of mails has been given by the company.Due to this non response of the company the shoes are still lying in my home and I am not able to wear it.
