I was recharged my mo.no.9423525323 by Rs.118/- from BSNL Portal through internet Banking @ Date-6feb2020. Amount deducted from my acount with transaction ID -UH92025136.But BSNL officials not cooperating me and also told me that they were unable to recharge. Bank Manager told me payment was successfully processed from Bankside towards merchant. So it is the responsibility of BSNL.
