I have applied for ftth connection 10 days back on bsnl online platform... I get a call from bsnl customer care for comforming by request.. Which finall was agreed upon and assured me that it would be setup in 7 days. After 10 days today when i went to local bsnl office.. The executives there said that my location is not feasible as they dont have cables put up. My home is 1km from their nearest setup of ftth. They rejected my connection because bsnl workers dont want work hard and put cables for my connection alone. A customer is a customer afterall.. Service has to be given. Its not my mistake that my surrounding people are not aware about bsnl ftth service.. It is bsnls job to promote their service and make people opt for it.
