HIGH SECURITY REGISTRATION PLATE

Sir,
I have ordered High Security Registration plate on 01.11.2020 through www.bookmyhsrp.com for my Vehicle DL8CAB0830 [ Order id-BMDL9C531BD3-781A-4A]. Full Payment of Rs.696.20 was done in advance on 01.11.202. Order Receipt enclosed.
As per booking, My Registration plate was to be made ready available at fitment location on scheduled date i.e on 09-11-2020 12:00 PM-02:00 PM
I went to fitment Dealer venue at scheduled Dt 09-11-2020, but I was informed by dealer that my Registration plate is not provided/delivered yet by M/s. Rosmerta Safety System Pvt.Ltd, Gurgaon.
I immediately escalated this matter to support team of Service provider (M/s. Rosmerta Safety System Pvt.Ltd) through email on 09.11.2020 & 10.11.2020 (email copy enclosed) but I am not getting any information regarding readiness of my car HSRP from service provider.
I am continuously following up with service provider/Dealer but they are not giving me any update regarding my pre-booked order. It appears that service provider is looting customer hard earned money.
In view of above, I request you to protect my consumer rights & lodge my claim of Rs20,000/- against Service Provider M/s. Rosmerta Safety System Pvt.Ltd, 137 Udyog vihar Phase I, Gurgaon
