Dear sir, I wish to draw your attention in the matter of YES Bank which has defaulted and in RBI control
I am holding AT -1 bonds of this bank Restructuring of Yes bank by RBI has neglected the bond owners and only safe guarded others interest like depositors and also share holders. It is customary and rule to first take care off all stake holders before share holders. it seems some authority having no sensitivity towards common man has taken this unusual decision which is for the first time is happening. Instead of punishing loan defaulters and bank officials RBI punishing tax payers who had shown faith in regulatory mechanism of Ministry of Finance (GOI).
I am requesting you to address this issue and ask the necessary authority/ authorities to work for solutions so that a common man does not loose his faith in your government. If common man like me loose faith in your governance style where only defaulters (criminals) get away from being punished.
The economic policies already had a bad impact on financial health of common people who have showed faith in your government. Some of your higher officers are insensitive toward safeguarding interests of common voters and shielding corrupt businessman and and inefficiencies of government agencies.
I am sure you will take necessary steps to provide relief to me and more common like me from depriving of our hard earn money.
