Harassment by icici goons for loan recovery

With due respect, I am writing this e-mail with a great amount of disdain for the way I have been treated by the bank officials regarding a personal loan of taken by me on loan number- 9401270270297000 where recoverable amount was Rs 1,01,000/-( One lac One Thousands only ). For your kind information, I had received my salary in the evening of 30.11.2019 at 21.24 subsequently, I have paid the said amount on 31.11.2019 through cheque .

I had been receiving repeated calls from goons hired by the icici bank in order to recover the money owed by me to the bank, in an attempt to threaten my life and to deprive me of my self-respect and my right to live a dignified life. icici bank goon Mr. Santosh Rai & his manager called me 152 calls on 30.11.2019 whose details are as under-

TOTAL- 152 CALLS by goons of ICICI BANK IN A SINGLE DAY i.e on 30.10.2019.
I am a retired Railway’s Engineer and could not repay my loan on time due to health and personal problems, and not with an intention to dupe the bank of such a small amount.
I would like to mention that these calls that I received from hired goons of icici bank, in an attempt to threaten my life and safety in an order to recover the money have completely revealed the true colours of your bank's ideologies and responsibilities to the customer. It was in fact a great experience to watch a bank of our stature behave like a local money lender of the lowest grade, who uses extortion to recover money from common man. Your management is acting & behaving like a mafia & hiring goons.

The repeated calls have not only cause mental harassment of the highest order but have been a successful attempt in taking away my right to living a dignified life. The calls have pushed me to a mental trauma. I was shocked to find that there are thousands of people being harassed by your bank in the most inhuman way there is to recover money. You & your goons are applying most unethical, inhuman practices to recover your money.
