I am user of UTS service of IRCTC. I also use R Wallet for quick transactions. I wanted to recharge the wallet by Rs. 200 on 12.04.2023. I used freecharge as the payment medium. A total amount of Rs. 204.25 had been debited from my bank account. R wallet has not been updated / recharged till date (10.08.2023). It is showing every time as "Recharge initiated". The Transaction ID is 376696588234C0746296.
To me, it is a clear case of harassment for the common UTS user. Once transaction is failed, there must be automatic arrangement to take care about the same. 12 days are over but there is no corrective action.
It is requested to immediately direct the concerned authority to credit back the amount to my UTS R wallet or my bank account. It is expected that the corrective action will be done within 2-3 working days.
If any further step is required please let me know at my registered email id. I hope this complaint will do all good to my problem.
