Request not to put 7 feet concrete wall in my shop and house front

I am an unemployed boy, my name is Gautam Halder, my house is next to Gurap Railway Station Bazar. (Village + P.O. - Balidaha, Near Gurap Railway Station, P.S. - Gurap, Dist. - Hooghly, West Bengal, Pin - 712303) I run a small computer training school for a living. In front of my school there is a 20 feet Paka road after one foot of railway. To catch the train at Gurap railway station through this road, all passengers travel to Howrah and Burdwan by bicycle, motorcycle, bus, long route bus, trekker, toto, auto. My school house is approximately 300 years old. Now it is heard that the railway authority will put a 7feets long concrete slab wall in front of my school. If you please arrange for a wall from the other side of the Paka road (west side), then I can run my business. Otherwise we will be unemployed. Anyway, running the training school and running the family. If you kindly consider this small request of mine, then we will be able to spend our days in this poor market with our children.
