They are not providing blanket for RAC saying that railway only provide 72 blankets

Complain against (12596) Humsafar train
First they are saying adjust in one bed roll and blanket and after complaining to railway they give only bed roll and They are not providing blanket and pillow and saying for manage in single blanket and pillow and saying the railway provide only 72 blankets and 72 pillows . And the railway government is charging full money for half seat and less services .
