Dear sir/ma'am,

I Abhishek customer of your IRCTC want to make you attention towards my refund related issue. I have cancelled my one ticket on 11 November 2021( sealdha to new Delhi) via offline mode from Anand Vihar railway station for which i have got the cancelled PNR number 6457931575 but till now i didn't get my refund in my source account ( amount paid through debit card). It's my humble request to take this on a serious note and refund the money.
