Local AC train cmplaint

I would like to draw to the attention of the Railway authority that I am daily used to travel by Dombivli AC local no. 97233 down at 3:24 from CSTM, I am residing at Vikhroli. The train is getting fully packed daily at Matunga station by all railway employees. My question is, whether the railway employees are authorised to travel by AC train? The railway already runs a normal local for their employees. The normal passengers like me not getting seat in the said AC train even having a valid tickets for which we pay more as compared to other local train. Requesting to take the necessary action and do not allow them to enter in the AC train without having valid tickets.
