Kalyan AC local for 8:34 got delayed for 32 minutes, Why do we have to suffer as a passenger always. 32 minutes is a lot. I need a complete answer for this. People pay for AC local to travel comfortably, not to get home late every day.
The amount that I want to claim is for the ticket i bought for the AC local.
