I, Mohammad Manauwar Hussain was used PNB ATM Civil Line Roorkee for drawing an amount Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) on 30 Apr 2018. RS. 10,000/- has been deducted from my account by ATM without delivering the Cash. I have lodged an online complain with complain Number 4249899328 which has been closed by bank stating transaction done successfully. I have visited my home branch SBI Surajkund in Gorakhpur UP twice in one month for resolving the issue. But it was replied that the case is PNB. Therefore,I am requesting to reconcile and verify this transaction by CCTV footage of the PNB ATM Civil Line Roorkee and credit wrongly deducted amount RS. 10,000/- to my saving account Number 30884536428 held in SBI, Surajkund, Gorakhpur. Your assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated.
