Bank of India, Vapi branch has charged for valuation fees on my 8 years old housing loan (total loan period is for 20 years).
They had done the valuation before giving Loan to me already. After 8 years they are doing valuation then they should bear the fees not the Loan interest payer.
What is the need to do valuation. If done then why bank is charging the fees for same to me, the Loan interest payer.
