I faced a problem on 25th Jan 2019 , while doing the transaction of rupees 5500.00 through Sbi anywhere personal via VPA . The amount had been deducted from my account but not credited to beneficiary account and caused payment in pending till now the deducted amount doesn't refund in my account .When I complained to the SBI website, they filed a complaint, but after 5 days the complaints were closed and they were told to me complain again. The second complaint was more than 10 days but no response was received. I also raised dispute of particular transaction on same day. Customer executives give erroneous information. When i speak rights, puts the call on hold. and i have given two letter to the branch manager in writing too. also send by speed post.but the branch manager does not do anything just calls up again 2-4 days.also sent mail several times to branch manager and Network nodel officer but no response found. 25 days have already been completed. But not any response from branch manager customer executive and Network nodel officer (Delhi).When I complained to SBI's Twitter handle, there was no response.and the SBI is trying to mislead me.in last I sent a mail to the Chairman of SBI they also refused to help me. so I kindly requested to you please take a look at this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible. So, I am putting the statement of SBI account as proof and putting some screenshot of transactions and complaints.
