FRAUD DURING COMMENCING POLICY - HDFC LIFE INSURANCE AND SMC BROKER COMPANY

I am a Constable in 19 Battalion Border Security Force, deployed on
Indo-Pakistan Border in Jammu & Kashmir. Sir I have received calls from
HDFC Bank agents for policies in the m/o June’2017.After some calls, I
got ready for a policy. While Policy No 19389201 of amounting Rs.
30,000/- was created, a Gift pack of tour vouchers for 10 yrs was
given to me with my Policy documents as offered me before commencing
Policy . After some times, Agent offer me that bank has new plan
against gifted tour vouchers i.e. Rs. 2,42,000/- cash back against
cancelation of gift tour voucher with the condition on Total amounting
policy of Rs. 70,000/- . Agent offer me for one another policy of
Amounting Rs. 40,000/- to complete the condition. Whereas I have money
problems at that time. But Agent again and again telephonically
pressure me to do the policy and he suggest me to pay the policy
amount through my credit card and further make EMI on credit card of
paid amount. As I required more money for my domestic use, I could not
understand their tricks and I enrolled again a policy No – 19579101 of
Amounting Rs. 39999/- in favour of my wife Anuradha through my credit
card as Agent suggested me, and I made EMI of paid amount on my credit
card.
After this he assured me that the amount of Rs. 2,42,000/- will cash
back in my account till 30th of September’2017. But no amount
received. As I again contact to agent, he told me that due to some
problems in process my amount will be deposited till end of
November’2017. But no amount received. Again I try to contact to agent
but now they have ignored my call and till now no response from the
agent. Once Mr Dhananjay told me that he is from HDFC Branch Mayur
Vihar Phase – I New Delhi.
First Agent Miss Ishani Malhotra attend my call, I request her for my
help but she not do anything. I request same to Mr.Dhananjay Ji, who
assured me again and he ensured me to give the amount in the m/o
Jan’2018. I request him, if not possible kindly cancel my policies and
refund my remaining amount after deduction the charges. But he refused
to do so. Now I call on Mob – 7678129535 to mr. Dhananjay, and No.
9821100402 to Miss Ishani Malhotra, but both is not attending the
call.
On 13 Feb’2018 I send a mail to a NGO(helpingcitizen) regarding my
case, then due to pressure or otherwise, Mr Arjun HDFC agent contact
me and ensured me to solve the matter with in the month but till now
my case is pending. On asked me about their Office, he told me HDFC
Branch Mayur Vihar Extension New Delhi, and now again no one is
attending the call.
Presently I am in very tension and unable to do my duty properly and
my condition is that I can’t paid my both installment in the next
coming years due to financial problems. There is also a dispute in my
house due to this reason.
