I have an OD account of 10 lakh(s) since 2006 in Bank of Baroda branch Peramangalam A/c No: 11250400000110 in the name Foumi Glass Works, having GSTIN NO: 32AHRPA0130F1Z4 and paying income tax and my Pan no: AHRPA0130F against collateral security using for trading and supplying broken glass named as "cullet" to the glass manufacturing companies in India like Modiguard Ltd in Ankleshwar, Saint Gobain Ltd, etc. Up to date, I am running the account satisfactory to the bank by paying the interest at the correct time.
From March Coronavirus panic started in India and we went under lockdown. Meanwhile, many offers came from the government to support businessmen. I received one message on my mobile number 9387265526 as given below

Meanwhile, we were in danger position because the business was suddenly stopped as the broken glass comes under non-essential products. The company was closed up to September this year. Only started in October. When I received the above-given message on my mobile I approached the manager Mr. Raju Joseph having mobile number 9446899889, He told me he will call me when he receives intimation details. Several times I met him but no use. 07-08-20 I received a message that a disbursement loan of 2 lakhs credited.

Then the story problem starts. I sent a mail to the manager thanking for the same. After 2, 3 days I met the bank with a cheque of Rs 25000 urgently needed. The manager did not allow any transaction on that loan amount and told me that to come with my wife and me when he calls tomorrow. After that, he behaved like a revenge person. Much more time I tried to contact him.
But no use. On 5th November I sent a mail indicating that he is illegally redirecting not to give the loan. That copy of the letter is attached to your complaint. When he received that letter he phoned me saying that he was busy with his work and told me that he will call tomorrow morning. And asked me to come with my wife to sign in the document. That also he waved in the air. From head office many times called me to deposit interest @ 1500 per month..I deposited 1500 rupees on 6th this month in covid loan A/c no 11250600005766. I strongly believe that he is expecting a bribe. I don’t like that. Without any reason, he is making a delay and makes me pay interest till I lose money that he expects bribery.
