I have brought an Auctioned Property (Flat & Land) from Punjab Nation Bank, Bhubanswar, Odisha. The total bidding amount of the property has been paid to the Bank by me within time as described in the Possession-cum-Sale Notice published in the NEWS Paper by the Authorised Officer of Punjab Bank,Zonal office. The authorised officer has issued a Sale Certificate to me on 11.06.2019 but for Delivery & Possession of the Property but in vein.
But till now (27/08/2019) the bank has not handed over the physical possession of the property whenever I contact the authorised officer & his Assistant. They do not give me any satisfactory reply nor response my mail. When will they hand over me the possession of the property against my paid Money? They are only harassing me. I had written a Letter in this connection too but till now no reply has been given to me.
Therefore I request you to please give me a legal solution for my problem , so that I should get my auctioned house as mentioned above within a fixed time limit. The sale certificate is attached for your reference.
