Freezing of account and cheque not cleared in spite of sufficient balance

Dear sir,
I deposited a cheque of 45000 in my SBI account from my salary savings account of OSCB, Rourkela. Though I had maintained sufficient balance. The cheque was deposited after receiving a message from OSCB bank in my mobile with sufficient balance. However, they have not cleared the cheque.

This is pure cheating and harassment.

Please take appropriate measure and help me.
