My father and I was treated badly at SBI defence banking BRANCH station road BABINA JHANSI,
I have mailed the AGM Lucknow on 8th November 2023 after a month I got a call from representative that a investigation officer wants to visit branch for investigation but that investigation officer is till now visiting but never investigated the case not even bothered to update me about the case.
Kindly do the needful, as the branch manager and employee have threatened me and my father this is not a good sign of reputed bank.
