My father who is 60 years old and my paternal uncle ,65 years old have accounts in indian post payments bank. They were tricked into opening account in so called bank. Now they need money and each time they visit bank branch which is a post office ,they would just get turned away by bank officials oftenly excuse is system problem and we visited 3 Rd time today now they said you are late . We reached exactly at 3 am and they turned us away once again.
I just want our legitimate money and some compensation for the travel expenses and mental trauma they are facing because of some shitty government institution which deposit money from innocent citizens and don't have any operational efficiency .
We went to the Jan seva Kendra also but they were unable to withdraw ,reasons I cannot explain even that computer guy couldn't explain.
We request court to look into this matter as soon as possible and take these irresponsible so called banks to task.
