Charged interest without proper information

I have a axis bank my zone credit card. i am neither able to login in axis bank app nor check transaction details. mostly i pay excess amount to avoid any extra charges or interest. but without informing me the bank agent called me and said i have been charged approx rs 1700 on principle amount approx 500 rs . i visited to the bank agent but they also failed to login axis bank app by which i can check my transations and dues.
