Dear Team,
I need your urgent help to resolve a emergency issue. I am a guy on whom family is dependent on. I felt cheated when bank said no to resolve following issue. Please refer following mail written to canara bank.

Dear All,

My name is Mr Durgesh Kumar (SAVING A/C -5479108000249). This mail is regarding issue that I faced while withdrawing cash Rs 7000.00 from DCB bank on 8th Feb 2016.
To my grief, transaction got declined but amount was debited from my account at same instance.

I did called Canara bank customer service next day as I was expecting reversal in couple of hours but unfortunately nothing came back.
I have submitted written complaint twice on different occasion regarding same matter in CANARA BANK SUKHRALI BRANCH GURGAON.

Did also file complaint on canara bank portal however issue is not been resolved till date and only false allegation is putting back on me stating that transaction was successful.

I would like to know if you guys have any intentions to credit that money to my account any soon.

Expecting resolution asap.
