About wrong deduction of My money

I'm Subham Kumar and my bank account no is 3947591109 of Central Bank of India.
when i was doing online shopping with my debit card on 23/11/15 30₹ and on 14/01/16 two times 98₹ was deducted without the successful payment done. when i asked them(paytm.com) they told they didn't got the payment from bank and i should go to bank for further details. And when i go to bank then the bank manager told me that my money won't be refunded and became angry and told me that he will deactivate my account. I need my money to be refunded to me. Please help me. And really the bad behavior manager did in front of my friend and other people was really rubbish.
