Bank Charging double money even after applying for Moratarium

I have applied for Moratarium for my Credit Card bill via Kotak Mahindra Bank's mobile app in the month of April for the bill of March 2020.

To confirm I tried calling the customer care which was closed due to Lockdown imposed in the country.

You will see snapshots below which are from our Twitter conversation where Kotak Bank asked me to ignore calls saying if I have opted for Moratarium I need not to worry.

And today they dropped me a message which is the bill for April 2020 with double the amount of my last bill.

Reason why I am making a complaint for fraudulent, misinforming customer, and trying to charge double money for no reason
