Payment Reversal Issue for Airtel Black Application

Hi there,
I submitted an application for Airtel Black on February 24, 2024, and made a payment of 3300/-. However, since the airtel service area is unreachable (not available in my location), my request was canceled. Despite this, the payment has not been reversed.
in between i got an call that airtel dth(not the airtel black) is available, so i have paid again 1900 and they have installed dth, but till today i haven't received the first payment i did for airtel black which was cancelled by airtel employees.
i have sent multiple mails too with airtel but only got automated replies no one has contacted me for the payment reversal till now.
order message:
'
Hi, Payment of Rs. 3300.0 done via Upi has been processed. Order Id: 7167088404455268352. You will receive the order confirmation within 1 hrs. Please keep the Order ID for future reference.'
