Closed my number for 10 days without any intimation, my number is being used since more than 20+ yea

I’ve been al using my Airtel number for more than 20+ years and have been a continuous user. On the 10th of November my number got disconnected which was a festival time. I couldn’t process my employee salaries, Diwali bonuses, my clients couldn’t reach me and i was going to Airtel office everyday just to hear that I need to email the customer care. Also as of yesterday my number has been activated on 19 nov saying that my ID reverification was needed.
Also, i recharged my number for 3000₹ a month back and they say it’s not valid anymore and i need to recharge again. This was so much trouble and monetary loss for me being a valuable customer for more than 20yrs.
