I am using airtel postpaid number 8054450308 with Airtel ₹499 (excluding ₹ 100 discount) postpaid plan in which I suppose to get 75GB data per month with a roll over facility. I have not been credited with the authorised data since last 3 bill cycles. My main problem arised when I was travelling from Chandigarh to Suratgarh for transfer on posting then I was was unable to use internet, after this I complained to Airtel but the representative was reluctant to tell me that you have exhausted your data limit instead lodging my actual complaint, I want resolution for such fraud done by Airtel towards my mobile number 8054450308, please look into the matter.
