My airtel postpaid Getting every month bills, though there is no network in my area

My airtel postpaid no.is 9784887888. In my area there is no 4G availability and from last five months I have not been able to use any datas and till now I have 120 GB data unused date 24/12/18 can you imagine? So this is what the summary. And regarding complaint to customer care , I have been trying from last 3 months regarding the above complaint ,each time they only say that our team is working on issue and your complaint will be resolved in next 4 working days. But it has been a long time. So I just want to know for what airtel generate so much of hefty amount of bill every month. Because for phone call also I rerely use airtel. I generally use my jio phone. I only subscribed for airtel postpaid for internet connection but that is of no use. I think of change my airtel no. To jio but then I think 120 GB unused. And if I change my plan then that will also be gone. So finally I want airtel to give me back all my money back since starting that is approximately Rs.2600
