Emirates Airlines India and Dubai service, we found one bag missing and one bag damaged.

We are the residents of Europe -Spain - Tenerife and we traveled from Spain to India -Mumbai on 20th May and reached on 21st May in India
When we reached Mumbai we found one bag missing and one bag damaged. Hence we complained and did all the procedures and we received the delayed baggage on 23rd of May but it was damaged opened and our things were thrown out from the baggage. When it reached home we found our two mobiles were missing too. As we had purchased a lot from Europe for our relatives we did not remember on the Mumbai airport what articles were in our baggage. I sent a complain via email on 25 th of May but the Dubai Emirates airlines replied few days back that they did not receive any mail on 25th which I sent them the proof on there facebook messenger. After talking to Custome care executive on phone I also filed a complain on 31st May on the website.
Emirates doesn’t want to pay the compensation for which they are not replying. No calls on my number which I updated to them via email. I put up this to Dubai International airport on Facebook else Khaleej times. Can anyone tell me where should I forward this so that everyone should get aware of this.
It's almost one month completing yet no compensation given to us nor any calls.
Very very disappointing service is provided by them. Why people believe Emirates is good? We travelled first time and we are repenting. Now we are scared because we have to return back to Europe via same airlines.
