Court Cases against Airways from the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport lost baggage

I flew from Mumbai to Chennai on 22nd April,2016 on Jet Airways from the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport,flight no.-9W0350,time-8:25am. Since i was there to attend a friend's wedding had packed expensive jewellery, outfits,accesories,etc. As i arrived at chennai i waited for my luggage at the belt. I soon realised that my wifes luggage had not arrived on the belt which contained the above mentioned items. I instantly brought this to the notice of the jet airways staff Mr. Vignesh. He made a few calls to mumbai and informed us that the bag was not boarded in the plane and was at the mumbai airport. Since he assured us the the luggage is found in mumbai and will be boarded in the next flight to chennai i left for my hotel. I waiting till evening and didnt get any response from the jet airways staff, that is when i again went to the airport to enquire about my baggage. i waited there till 9pm in the night. the only response that i got was that the luggage is still under trace. On asking about Mr.vignesh saying that the bag was found at the mumbai airport, Mr.Navin the manager on duty said that it was a mistake and the luggage was still being traced. i missed the wedding function since my wifes belonging has gone missing. I had to take her to a shopping mall and shop for the next day event which cost 15000/-. Since then the only reply i have been getting is that the bag is still under trace. i had requested to view the CCTV footage of the chennai baggage belt so that we could roll out the possibility of baggage being stolen from the belt. Yet i havent got any response from the department regarding this request as well. Mr. Suresh the manager at chennai airport who i have been coordinating with said that passengers are not allowed to see the cctv footage and that he has seen the footage himself. i told him that i know my bag better then him even then no response from them. i contacted the mumbai jet airways manager Mr.Imtiyaz for the same. i requested him for the CCTV footage but he gave the same reply that " i shall coordinate with Mr. suresh and get back to you" but i have not recieved any response from him. I haven't received any communication from the higher authority of jet airways. Mean while i recieved a lot of images from the jet airways staff asking if they matched my bag but none we similar, but this proves that missing baggage is a very common problem with jet airways. i do not undertand if the luggage did not arrive in chennai and is not there in mumbai how can a huge bag get lost from the airport. the only possibility i think is that some airport staff has stolen the bag from the airport.i hereby request you to kindly look into this issue seriously at the earliest.
