I purchased redmi note 3 (32 GB, Gold) phone (ORDER # 403-1789103-1110729) through Amazon.in on dated May 9, 2016. Its charger (adopter) is not working. I am very disappointed as service provided by Redmi. Regarding this issue I have written many time to Xiaomi India Customer Services.
Initially address and phone number of service center was wrong on the website i.e. Aligarh Pulkit Computer Services, LIG - 17, ADA Colony, Ramghat Road, Aligarh - 202 001, Phone: 0571- 2742345.
When I visited their, I came to know that the service center is not exist at the given address and given phone number is also not working. It is very painful to visit Xiomi India Service Center 60 Km. from my present address.
After number of mails and telephonic conversations new address has been updated on website. i.e. Aligarh Pulkit Computer Services,Opp. Abdullah Girls College,Near Pizza Hut,Marris Road, Aligarh - 202 001. Phone: 9927559933.
When I visited that place, then again on 4, July, 2016 he promised to provide the adopter on the next day however next day is Tuesday and have weekly closed. Thereafter on 6, July, 2016, when I visited their and request him for the aforesaid case then he refused to talk , after being many requisitions he told me that you come after 10 days then I will login your complaint and from the day of login it will take 15 more days to rectify the problem.
This episode is going on from 2, June, 2016. And every-time I am getting following type of mails from Xiomi India Service Center:

It is really unfortunate, hence I am escalating the issue to the concerned department for the further process.
