Dear Sir/ Mam,

This is in regards to my Airtel Postpaid Mobile No:9910800713 which I want to retain since I am a Health Care Professional so I don't choose to get disconnected from this number.In the month of March I have requested Airtel to change my postpaid connection to Prepaid and they told me to make the payment of Rs. 1466 which I did and since it is a family plan so they disconnected my four numbers out of the family plan and the main number which was supposed to get disconnected within 24-48 hrs after making the final payment is still not disconnected. Shameless Airtel keeps on charging Rs. 999 for the last four months and now the amount outstanding is Rs. 3912.12. Before making the payment I visited the Airtel Store located at Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad and got connected for a one to one telephonic conversation withe the customer care executive with the Store executive for making the confirmation regarding the payment and migrating my connection. On the same day ibtook a new Airtel Postpaid connection of lower rental which they advised me because the main number is migrating to Prepaid and not to face any issues. Airtel never turned up with a good response and now I m about to loose my number because of their mistakes. Airtel has already barred my outgoing Calls and internet services and no services from the end.

Kindly help me in this regard.
