Delivery boy harassed consumer complain against amazon website

Amazon's courier man, I don't know his name. But the phone number is +91-8697628999. On the day when amazon sends texts saying that the package is out for delivery I keep the amount of money ready and my mother stays at home even if she need to go to shop or go out, so that the courier man does not have to return back. Yesterday was the day when the package was to be delivered. But a text came at noon saying that the addressee was not available. Just then I called Amazon customer service and said that I am in my home from the very morning. The courier man neither came at my doors nor he called me if there were any trouble finding my house. He said that he is sending request to deliver it again. Today at the morning another text came saying that it will be delivered today. I myself stayed in my home from the morning. No delivery came and now another text came saying that the package was refused at the time of delivery. And now when I tracked my order I saw that there was a return request for that item made by the delivery boy.
This same thing have with my previous ORDER # 402-3018511-8930731. Amazon texts the delivery boy's phone number when they texts that the item is out for delivery. From there I got to know that the man who harassed us in this delivery is the same guy who did the same for the previous one.
Please help me out here. I am not receiving my items I have bought.
