I have purchased GAS Gyser on 7/11/2014 from Patel Electricals,Memnagar,Ahmedabad an authorised Dealer of the company.
After THREE months I lodged complaint for not functioning properly and it was got repaired by Dealer.Again after TWO months I complaint about not functioning properly. Again it was repaired. Now after lapse of ONE year & Four Months, a water leakage in Gas Gyser.so I made complaint to Dealer and as per report of dealer leakage in Heat Exchanger which cost is of Rs.1600/-.Now neither Company nor dealer is ready to replace it as it is beyond the warranty period of ONE year.
Actually dealer has not given me PAKKA bill with Warranty Card at the time of purchasing instead given me invoice for Rs.4500/- only and told me that I will give you full service if something will be happened with it.
Now they are not ready to replace it without charge of Rs.1600/ which is very high looking to the cost of Gyser Price.
