My complain is regarding send my gift company
here my complain
I order product from send my gift on 8th to be deliver on 9th feb to varanasi. I called them and ask if the product would be deliver or not in such a spam of time after there confirmation and assurance only i order the product.Firstly the product was not deliver secondly there call center not working thirdly there online support team is not responding after all the effort i went to there office in hsr they told they will deliver the product by 12 at midnight on 9th feb or maximum by 10 th feb morning.
But still the product is not deliver even there customer support is not responding.
Kindly look into the matter and solve the issue.Has the way they are responding is very unprofessional.
