Hi,

I am Manish Kumar, purchased Godrej EON SPLIT AC (Green) last year. We recently shifted our house and called Godrej to shift Split AC to new place. They sent technician and he took charges of around 2500/- to de-install AC from old place and install the AC at new place.

After that we started facing issue with AC and it was not cooling at all. On suggestion of Godrej Technician I re-raised request on 5th of March 2015, request no. 265738 to fill Gas. Another Godrej technician visited and did some filling. He did not charged anything as AC was in Warranty.

Now summer has started and we after switching on AC we found it is still not cooling. We called Godrej and they sent a technician, now he is suggested there is leakage in AC and he need refill the Gas and this time we need to pay as this is out of Warranty. I mentioned to him about recent refilling and he said we give warranty of 6 month of Gas filling only to paid customer.

We are surprised and feel like being fooled by Godrej. We hired Godrej technician for shifting and paid a good amount of money. If something has happened wrong then it should be Godrej responsibility to get thing work.

Please take appropriate against this and suggest i should raise this with whom?
