Hi

When power is gone I gave a complaint regarding the same and he gave me the complaint registration no also 1157256

After some time I called back for the reason behind the same he couldn't answer said he will come to know only when the person attends the issue

Than I asked if we don't pay the power bill your call comes within a an hours for follow up than why can't u know the power is gone at certain area we need to call you back and lodge the complaint and your personal will come after 90 minutes bull shit

It shall reach within 30 minutes to resolve the same
After coming 90 minutes he will find the issue say may be 30 minutes and than he will call his all other team members and so on
So vesting time in this and the issue will be solved only after hours
Service should be quick and fast to resolve issues
Tata power is being used by me at home
