Faulty Daikin A.C delivered by Infibeam, and not being replaced for a month now..

I have bought a Daikin A.C worth 51,000 from Infibeam online on 17th April 2016. Daikin authorised personnel came to install it a month back but found it faulty. It was not being replaced on the pretext that the dealer invoice was not issued by Infibeam. 2 weeks ago, Infibeam sent me the scanned copy of Dealer bill which I forwarded to Daikin. They are still refusing to replace it. I have both the Infibeam invoice and the Dealer's invoice and have passed on both. As per Daikin's own policy, they replace faulty A.Cs without question ! But they are not even calling me to update me as to when the replacement will be done.
The entire summer is running out and my kids(for whom I bought the A.C) have suffered for more than a month already. Kindly get it resolved ASAP as Daikin is behaving very stubbornly and not even communicating.
