Amount not reflecting in Ola Wallet

Dear Team,

I've transferred 1 lac to Ola wallet through PayU platform in three parts that is 5k, 50k, & 45k. But last transferred 45k is not reflecting into my Ola account. Informed company through its website but nobody contacted to resolve the same. Also there is no cust care no on website but finally arranged cust care no & contacted but it seems nobody is interested to resolve as everybody is requesting to contact another person either of ola money OR ola corporate etc...

Now, because of this pathetic response, I asked co to refund balance amt(100000-18390=81610) which they denied.

So requesting you to pls look into this matter & resolve the same.
