On 29th May 2019 i booked 6 Tickets (Ticket nos-38004394,38004332, 38004416) from Shegaon to Amaravati (MH). I called to the customer executive 3 times after waiting for 3 hours, and i had even inquired in MSRTC they said that the bus will not come due to breakdown and the same i informed to the Abhi bus customer executive and they simply suggested me to take other alternative and they will refund my amount directly in to my bank. They even didn't told me to store my other ticket(which now they are asking to submit in MSRTC which is unfair. I request you to kindly arrange my Refund ASAP.
