Sony Bravia Led Tv from ebay website to DKD Enterprises

I bought a Sony bravia television on 26-01-2016 from ebay website and the seller of that tv was DKD Enterprises. During buying no discription written on website thats by this is international product. after buy no installation process completed by company bcoz of international product. then my question is 1. I place buy order for indian product not internation model product? 2. installation responsbility DKS Enterprises and ebay transfer to each ohter and finally harash to customer. So I requested ebay company is 100 % fraud so must be close by goverment.
