Hello sir nd mam,my name is kamal kishore and I am in very trouble condition. Because I have purchased a 50inchesLED dated on5-1-2017 Which is under warranty period. But Now Mai ye kehna chahta Hu ki under warranty Mai hote hue bhi isme kuch sreening me problem Ho gyi phir mene customer care pr call ki or waha se Naveen engineer ne home visit ki1600Rs mujh se le gye dated on 27-7-2018 or kha ki aapka screening part damage Ho gya hai or 7to10daysmai part aa jayega. phir mene kuch days baad me kitni calls customer care or service center pr ki koi response nhi aaya koi santoshjank karya nhikiya gya or mera LED Abhi tak repair nhi hua. OR har baar ek naya number de diya gya OR waha se bhi different different excuse mile jaise ki 15sep2018takaapka led part aa jayega koi problem nhi or nhi aayega to aapka piece change kr denge ye kehna tha Mr. Ajhar ka.hisphone no is 7065022644 pr tab se aaj sirf numbers busy ja rhe hai kabhi call nhi pick karte khabhicallcut kr dete hai yahi haal hai customer care or service center ka .OR ye numbers bhi mile 7065022508 ,7065022538,8368167735yha bhi kuch nhi problem solve hui. OR Hum aise hi kitne no pr call kr ke preshan Ho gye hai itna ganda behavior hai is company ka OR kya is company ka koi product purchase krna kya customer ki galti hai.itni salary kis liye is company ke employees le rhe kya inko salary customer ko preshan krne ke liye di jaati hai OR mere pass saari details hai. hume hamari problem ka solution de as early as possible Thank you.
