Given me wrong TV in replacement

As i have purchase new TV of TCL (43P8B) which is android 4K UHD TV which has 16gb of storage on (27-10-2019), It was under warranty while my TV gets suddenly no display so i lock a complaint at TCL customer care on (11-10-2022),they lock my complaint on (13-10-2022) after one month they give me the replacement and given me other low grade TV which is not a 4K and storage is also low 5GB.I already tell to the TCL customer care at the same day when i get the replacement so they told me to mail this issue i also mail to ([email protected]) but till now they did not give me any reply. I also try to call on the TCL customer care but they give me a same answer that we have send the issue to our senior team and they will inform its been a month i didnt even get any reply from them not even a call.I also tried to get support from the DIGI1 showroom through them i have purchase this TV but they also didnt help me the also give the same answer we are trying to get your details.
Its my humble request that help me out of this issue so that they do not fraud with the other people and who has purchase TCL tv they also get to know hoe they are thug the people.
