Wrong item deliver and courier guy not taking back by flipkart.com

hello ,
i chandaram placed an order with flipkart with order id OD106450645244150000 for intel core i5 6400 cpu on 4 th july.. we got the item on on 11 july . as i open box its a different version model of intel cpu . i make return request to flipkart . their team make a call and approve return request and arrange reverse pickup ..
but after mr prakash(fa) 9983197587 call us next day and tell me to arrange a mail form flipkart regarding this other wise i will not pickup..
then at evening he cancell the request as buyer plan to keep product with him.. i again make call to flip and follow same process two time more.. but FA is not picking up goods with mail and flipkart team is not sending mail to them
still pickup is pending and my money also stuck here ..plz resolve the issue and arrange pickup with high priroty
