I bought Think exam portal on 10th April . During that I was promised ,I will get cat interface but I didn’t get it When I complained they told me. It will took us time to deliver the same ,they asked for 4-5 days but it took them one month to deliver the product. they delivered the product at 11 may (after one month ) coz of delay I incur heavy losses in my business and also the product didn't meet my requirements,So I asked for refunds And now it’s been around two month that they aren’t providing my money Kindly help me .
