Split ac issue, purchased 1 split AC of PANASONIC model No CU-UC18RKY2-2 from Panasonic brand shop

Dear Panasonic

I purchased 1 split AC of PANASONIC model No CU-UC18RKY2-2 from Panasonic brand shop, Ideal electronics, SCO 3, sector 11 panchkula-134109 Dated 07-04-2016 bill no 3696.

Dealer gave me 1 year full warranty and 5 year compressor/condenser warranty.

4 days back i did complaint about cooling, my complain no is R030617021378.

Below are service which i experienced from your staff.

engineer visited 4 days after my complain.
after visiting he told their is leakage problem in compressor/condensor for which dealer gave me 5 year warranty.
He asked me to pay 3500 for that, i asked him that it is under warranty then why should i pay he had no clue about it.
when i talked with dealer person for same, Mr suresh picked phone (9888527709) he talked in a very unprofessional way and asked me to do whatever you want to do.
i want you to take strict action against Mr suresh for unprofessional behavior and provide service as per warranty policy.
I am waiting for prompt to take action against dealer so that other costumer should not face such kind of behavior from dealer, also request you to sort out my issue on immediate basis as it is already delayed.

Depending upon your response i will initiate further action/complain.
