I ordered a phone from the site but by mistake gave wrong address during check out before making payment. Before making payment, I checked on theeir website that whether address can be changed after palcing the order, they have clearly mentioned on their website that address can not be changed after shipping but can be changed before that.
So I went ahead with payment but i did not find any option to change the address.
I contacted their customer care but they denied too. Now I cannot cancel the order and I have already made the payment.
If they would not have displayed the wrong information then I would not have placed the order and made the payment.
Please help me and take an appropriate action.
