Dear Team,

I am filing this complain against Snapdeal.com. This is to inform you that from last 18 days I am waiting for my refund against one of the wrong product delivered to me from SnapDeal. Regarding the order, I would also like to bring this to your notice that prior to ordering I had contacted Snapdeal's customer care to know about the combo offer & they confirmed me that in combo offer One cooker & one tawa is there. But on delivery the combo offer part was completely missing. Hence, I returned that product on 10th of May, but till date my money Rs. 2659 hadn't be refunded.
Although they claim for the return in a maximum of 4 days.

The Order No. was 13129240516 (1 Item).

Product Name:- PRESTIGE INDUCTION PIC 1.0 V2 & PRESTIGE ISP.

Ordered date was 5th May.

Order value was Rs. 2659.

INVOICE NUMBER :SF0B57/16-17/35
INVOICE DATE :06-MAY-2016

Delivery date was 10th May.

Return request raised on 10th May.

Product Returned on 11th May.

Contacted Customer care for return status on 14th May.

On 19th May my bank statement in PDF format was asked (to know whether the refund had been made or not), which I gave the same day.

Now, whenever I make a call Snapdeal's team says that the so called "social media team" is working on my case & they can only refund.

I am now fed up Snapdeal's team's response. I don't know what they are doing from last 18 days. I had already spent more than Rs. 200 in making & receiving calls from their team here in Mumbai & in surfing net to answer all their queries & checking status of my refund everyday.

Now, I not only want my money Rs. 2659.00 back, but also want a compensation of Rs.10,000.00 from Snapdeal for harassing me so much from last 19 days & making false commitment to consumers.
