मेरा पहले रेडियो की स्विच खराब हो गयी थी, लेकिन वे रेडियो मुजे बदल दिया गया और बदले में जो रेडियो मिला है वे FM/AM की चेनल को पकड़ नही पा रहा है, मेने ईमेल के ज़रिए उन्हें बताया लेकिन वे बोल रहे है कि रेडियो फ्रिकवेंसी कम होने की वजह से ऐसा हो रहा है, जबकि मेरे घर मे दूसरा रेडियो आराम से चल रहा है और बिना कोई दिक्कत के, सारेगामा वाले बोल रहे है कि यह हमारी गलती नहीं है हम यह रेडियो बदल नही सकते। कृपया ध्यान दे मेरा घर राजकोट से सिर्फ 6 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर है। मुजे पैसे वापिस नही चाहिए, बस रेडियो बदलना है। मेरा टिकिट नंबर है रेडियो का 102249, धन्यवाद।
